Metric Milling Arbor Micrometer Spacers.
Metric Micrometer Spacers are essential for the accurate spacing of milling cutters along an arbor. The spacers hold the dimensional accuracy throughout the operation. All collars have a thread pitch of 1 mm. The engraved metric collars have 50 divisions; every fifth division is numbered (0-9). Each graduation is .02mm and adjustment is accurate to approximately .01 mm. Metric EUCO micrometer spacing collars are British made and used world-wide to provide rapid and accurate adjustment in an otherwise inflexible set-up. The material is an alloy steel specially selected for wear-resistance and durability, satin chrome plated with faces lapped. Due to their accuracy and flexible adjustment, metric micrometer spacers are uses for many applications where accurate space adjustment is required along a keyed shaft.Attachments
