Position: Quality Lead


To ensure all systems, processes and products relating to Boneham & Tuner are compliant, robust and meet Customer requirements:

  • Assist in the final inspection of machined parts
  • Lead internal AS9100 Audits
  • Be a proactive member of the AS9100 Contract Review Team
  • Ensure the company is compliant to the applicable Standards & internal processes are adhered too
  • Maintain & manage calibration of onsite equipment
  • Thoroughly investigate all Customer and Supplier non-conformities, identifying root cause and undertaking corrective actions and the monitoring of improvements
  • Improve the document storage and management of all Quality documents
  • Complete First Article Inspection reports and any Customer Quality required documentation
  • Attend the Operations daily Boardwalks highlighting any quality defects and working with Operations to identify improvements
  • Management of non-conforming products for scrap or rework and the communication thereof
  • Manage process for Customer Concession requests and the communication between internal teams
  • Oversee Supplier Capability and Compliance monitoring
  • Ensure QMS documents are maintained and regularly reviewed as part of monthly Quality meetings

Personal Attributes 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of the AS9100 and ISO9100 standards
  • Proficient in the use of verniers, micrometres and other optical inspection tools
  • Methodical and organised approached to tasks
  • Experience in RCCA handling
  • Able to read & understand Engineering Drawings and Customer specifications
  • Willingness to learn about new products & manufacturing methods
  • Great eye for detail with an innate desire to improve business processes and standards
  • Passion for Aerospace and Motorsport

Position: Customer Service Administrator


To provide excellent customer service to internal and external Customers alike, handling all queries efficiently and to the satisfied conclusion of our Customers

  • Handling Customer Returns in a timely manner
  • Customer facing order progressing with the Operations Team
  • Post sales queries, such as POD’s, pricing, copies of documents
  • Obtaining and analysing Customer feedback
  • Assisting with greeting visitors and answering telephones

Personal Attributes 

  • Experience within a varied and busy customer service position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great eye for detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Customer focused in every aspect of the role
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines

Position: Sales Administrator


To provide the day-to-day interface with the Customer; with full end to end ownership of the Account.

  • Offering outstanding Customer Service to all customers; external & internal
  • Issuing Customers with quotations, confirming all details are correct and in a timely manner
  • Following up quotations as agreed with Management
  • Ensuring orders are entered correctly on to the system
  • Process incoming telephone/email/web orders accurately
  • Building strong relationships with allocated Customers
  • Liaising with the Operations Team to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time and in full
  • Communicating the delivery status of orders to allocated Customers, where necessary
  • Managing Customer delivery expectations, to ensure a positive outcome for both Parties
  • Monitoring & updating the CRM system
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Provide cover for any absent member of the Team as and when requested

Personal Attributes 

  • Previous experience within a sales administration/customer service position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great eye for detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Customer focused – ability to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Capability to work independently and prioritise workload
  • Willingness to learn about new products
  • Experience in negotiating and diplomacy
  • Ideally have working knowledge of SAP B1, but not essential as full training will be given
  • Keen interest in motorsport and/or aerospace would be of benefit

Position: Customer Solutions Engineer


Working as part of our fantastic Operations Team, the Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) is also customer facing. Actively liaising with customers on tailored solutions, the CSE will lead the proactive role of developing competitive quotations for non-standard parts, large volume enquires, and project lead proposals. The CSE will run the channel from customer and sales, to manufacturing and suppliers, in-order to best develop an on-time and competitive solution.
