PP8 8mm Outside Diameter with Drill Size Range 4.10mm - 5.00mm.
Headless Plain Drill Bushes with a ground 8mm outside diameter and a bore range of 4.10mm to 5.00mm. Select the Inside diameter (drill size) required and choose one of the standard-length options from the drop-down menu. The bore size can either be the drill being used or location pin diameter. The PP / PH range are precision ground on the ID and OD to press-fit into a H6 reamed hole. The inside diameter is ground to F7 limits for drills. The tolerance and concentricity of Boneham bushes also make them ideal for location and alignment bushes in many jig and tool applications. As such, bushes can be combined with location pins and slotted bushes. The standard OD size of 8mm has a bore range of 4.1mm to 5mm in mainly 0.1mm increments, but also some 0.05 sizes. Imperial bores sizes are available, sometimes in stock or to order.
