RPS Type Imperial Jig Bush BS1098 Pt.1 1967.

Renewable imperial drill bushes are used in conjunction with a liner bush to allow for easy replacement of worn bushes or varying sizes within an OD range. The OD of a renewable bush is ground to slide fit with a liner bush. The bush head is knurled for easy grip and there is a cut out to use a lock screw or tenon. Imperial slip-fixed drill bushes can be used in liners, handles or egg cup fixtures. The RPS are imperial measurements but can also feature metric bores. There are drill and reamer tolerances available. Reamer tolerances are are suffixed with an R. Specials can be manufactured to size or to customer drawing.

  • Hardened from 58 to 62 RC
  • OD ground to suit H6 limits
