What are Metric Diamond Bullet Nose Pins?
Diamond Bullet Nose Pins are also known as relieved pins. Bullet nose pins are used with a mating liner bush to create an accurate alignment and locating system. Using diamond locating pins prevents binding of the work pieces. For simple installation the OD of the pin body and the liner are the same giving the option of one pass machining of both pates. The pins head and body are concentric to 0.0005 TIR.
