Composite Mould Nut for Bolt Threads M5 to M12.
The composite mould nut is the receiving element of the knurled mould clamp. The nut can be used with any type of bush to allow accurate bolt alignment in the composite mould process. The mould nut features a deep diamond knurl and resin groove to cast into the mould and prevent any movement.
They are manufactured from mild steel and offer good torque resistance. Knurled Mould Clamps are designed by Boneham as an interchangeable solution for the accurate locating of bolts in the composite mould process. The mould clamp range are dedicated components which reduce subcontract and multi-component requirements whilst being compact and preventing mould damage.
The bush and nut are purchased separately so a more precise bush such as a GS or PP type bush can be used if required. Mould clamps are a versatile solution interchangeable with bolts precision shoulder bolts and pins.
