What are Metric Alignment T-Pins?
Metric T Shaped Alignment Pins (T-Pins) are used to align location devices in Jigs and Fixtures. They are precise (-0.0005) and quick to remove. The T shaped handle allows for greater grip and removal.
Why chose the Metric Alignment T-Pin for your application?
Alignment pins can be used with a variety of Boneham bushes. Press fit serrated or slotted type bushes would complete an accurate alignment solution. The handle has a 1/8" cross drilled hole to connect the pin to the jig with an optional cable and clip.
Perfect for the accurate alignment of two or more work-pieces. The variety of metric and Imperial diameters and lengths mean that most requirements are catered for with a standard pin. They are an economical and precise solution. Sizes range from 4mm to 20mm in diameter and 76mm to 204mm in length
