Ball Transfer Units - Cup Roller Stainless Steel. Ball Transfer units are used for the smooth flow of loads along a conveyor system often ball transfer units are therefore called conveyor balls. Cup rollers have stainless steel balls and allow linear and rotation of loads down a predetermined track. The balls are spring loaded to carry varying weights of loads including heavier goods.
